Upstate House and Metro House are free monthly magazines serving homebuyers and homeowners. Metro House will focus on the metropolitan region of New York City, primarily Westchester and Rockland, New York; Fairfield County, Connecticut; and Bergen County, New Jersey, while Upstate House covers the Hudson Valley region of New York. The premier issue of Metro House magazine began distribution on May 12, 2005 with their June issue.
