In his new role, Mr. Kaill will spearhead a multi-functional approach to identify, negotiate and implement community-based partnerships. He will report to PhotoWorks' President and CEO Andy Wood.

Kaill has spent 20 years in leadership positions at media and technology companies, working in marketing, operations and business development. Kaill joins the company from MusicNet, where he worked on technical business development for digital music services. Before joining MusicNet, he spent seven years as international business manager for the Windows group at Microsoft. Prior to that, he started Beijing Scene, the first privately-owned weekly arts and entertainment newspaper for U.S. expats in Beijing, China.
Mr. Kaill graduated from the University of Washington, Seattle with a Bachelor of Communications.
