(PRWEB) March 19, 2006 -- Ray Palmer, President of One Dog One Bone Enterprises Inc., has invented the first ever play pool for dogs. The Bone Pool is a bone shaped animal pool made of UV and Chew resistant ABS Plastic. It has a brass garden hose thread drain for easy draining and filling. It's easy to clean and stays cool in the summertime.

The Bone pool became available the tail end of summer 2005. After doing allot of research, Ray found that there wasn't any play pools currently available in the market place that were specifically designed for dogs. With that in mind, Ray set out to design a unique and more durable product.
Sales of the product have been steady and several have been donated to animal shelters. ODOB Is currently gearing up production for the 2006 summer season.
In November 2005, Ray took his Patent Pending Idea to Hollywood and auditioned for ABC's American inventor. Although he didn't make it to the second round The Bone Pool received allot of attention from the staff and other inventors. "It's really hard not to notice a six foot white bone shaped play pool."
One Dog One Bone Started out as a clothing company back in 1997. After years of struggling to build a brand name in the saturated T-shirt market, Ray decided to re-invent the company. In 2003 a new plan emerged. In 2004 with a newly designed logo and a new business direction, ODOB was reborn as a Dog merchandise brand, adding the catch phrase," A Bona Fide Brand For Your Dog".
The line would start out carrying bandannas, collars, Bowls, Meats & Treats, and of course, bones. With the addition of a catchy new logo on a custom dog tag, the brand was well on its way. Ray wasn't satisfied. In 2005 He decided to invent not one, but two new products to set the brand apart from the competition. The Bone Ring and the Bone Pool. The bone ring is a bone shaped link made of Heat treated nickel plated hardened steel. It is a new and unique way of attaching ID Tags to collars. And of course, The Bone Pool.
When asked what's in the future for One Dog One Bone, Ray said he wouldn't rest until ODOB is an internationally Known Name Brand. Until then, He said he would continue to "Spread the word of Dog".
